The residence

The accommodation at 108 Warrender Park Road is located in flats, which are built around a courtyard. Each apartment contains five or six single bedrooms with a shared kitchen and one or two bathrooms. Each room has a telephone with individual extension number and residents can receive incoming calls without charge.
All basic kitchen equipment is provided.  Bedding is also supplied and towels can be rented or bought. There is a launderette on site.
Residents are jointly responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the flat but the communal areas of the flat are cleaned by a cleaner once a week. The block is completely non-smoking.

The location

108 Warrender Park Road is a budget student residence in Edinburgh.  It is close to a good bus route to the centre for shopping, entertainment and nightlife. Warrender Park Road is only a 20-minute journey to Regent Edinburgh by public transport. The residence is ideally located for the Edinburgh Festival and is perfect for more independent-minded students.

The residence is ideally situated, maximum 30 minutes’ walk to the Regent school, the city centre and the Royal Mile. There is a variety of shops nearby where residences can buy fresh vegetables and meat as well as travel essentials.
Warrender Park Road is handily situated in the student area of Marchmont and between the popular areas or Bruntsfield and the South Side.
In the vicinity there are pubs, cinemas and restaurants as well as the beautiful Meadows park where students can picnic and enjoy sports.

• 29th June – 30th August 2008

• £190 per person per week

• Minimum Age: 18

• Arrivals should be on Sundays after 14:00 and departures on Saturdays before 10:00 but other times may be possible.
