Programme
These courses are intensive ten day courses of 15 hours or 22.5 hours per week. The course includes a refresher programme in oral and written English skills at an advanced level. It is also includes an update on current English Language Teaching pedagogy in the UK and a review of current materials and examinations. Our trainers are fully qualified and train native speakers on UCLES CELTA and Trinity College TESOL courses. Participants with full attendance receive a Regent Certificate.
Teaching methodology sessions normally take place in the mornings. Teachers who wish to improve their English language skills may take the 22.5 hour programmes, where they will normally join a general English class (at their level) in the afternoons.

The course content is negotiated based on the pre course evaluations and group discussion on the first day. Sessions on teaching business English, learner training, presentations in the classroom, using video, task based learning and so on can also substituted.
LANGUAGE IMPROVEMENT: Teachers can improve their language skills in afternoon lessons where they can choose from the following options authentic English, literature, grammar workshop or communication skills.
