University Foundation Programme

If you are considering studying at a British university, our UFP in Cambridge and Brighton is the ideal course for you. It is a highly structured 36 week course (including 2 weeks of holiday). On successful completion of the course, you are eligible for entry into a number of undergraduate courses run by our partner universities. The UFP provides a qualification equivalent to A levels and prepares students for UK university courses such as business administration, engineering, marketing, finance and accounting, politics, tourism and hotel management.

To successfully complete the UFP you must achieve an IELTS score of 6.0 and a final grade of at least a Pass.

To apply you must:
• Have a high school certificate
• Be at least 18 years old at the end of the course
• Have an IELTS score of 4.5, TOEFL 152 or Regent Level 5 (Mid Intermediate)
• Pass the UFP entry test

A UFP place is offered to students taking a preceding English course with us, conditional on achieving the required IELTS score and passing the UFP entry test.
