Meeting and transfer service

For our Junior Schools students

We provide a free transfer service to and from major airports (London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Manchester) on our start and finish dates between 11.00 and 19.00 on arrival day and between 13.00 and 19.00 on departure day. We also provide a Welcome Club for arrivals at Heathrow and Gatwick – this prevents students waiting in the airport for other students to arrive before the departure of the coach transfer. Here, we provide a friendly welcome to the UK with drinks, something to eat, games, films and sports. For arrivals and departures at other times and dates we can arrange a special transfer at additional cost. For Queen Ethelburga's College and Repton we also provide a transfer service from Manchester, and for Scanbrit School transfers are also arranged from Southampton and Bournemouth airports.

At the Welcome Club students begin their Regent summer experience in comfort and safety in a supervised environment. On arrival at the Welcome Club, students check-in and are given information about the time of their onward transfer to their Regent school. After check-in, students are free to relax and enjoy the activities and entertainment provided including outdoor sports such as football, basketball and volleyball and indoor activities such as table tennis, softball, and a cinema showing English films. The club is supervised by adult staff at all times and food and drink is served throughout the day.

For our Home Tuition students

We will arrange taxi transfers from airports direct to the accommodation.  Our taxi drivers carry a Regent sign and wait in the arrivals area. If the junior traveller's airline requires the name of the driver, please let us know. We will inform you of the driver's name a week before the transfer.
